I was kinda hoping you would connect the dots. Barbell squats are a great glute exercise, so are leg presses with feet slightly higher on the platform, weighted lunges are also on the list.

Reverse Lunges made my glutes massive, so much so that I only do them about once a month now just to keep it tight. Barbell will allow you to pack on more resistance but dumbbell work well also. Deadlifts also work well whether it be Romanians or traditional.

stiff leg deadlifts along with genetics ! i can tell you big glutes are not fun -i have to pre exhaust quads and hamstrings to remove glutes !however im sure they are partly responsible for my decent squat and deadlift poundages

deadlifts, squats, lunges. take your pick dude. what has helped me is supersetting between squats 4-6 reps, rest 2 min, then deadlifts 4-6 reps. do that 6 times each. my legs are killling me now from yesterday's workout
