I learned recently that I have High Blood Pressure. My Doctor gave me pills and said I have to take these pills the rest of my life. there are lots of natty supplements that work for many people including myself. Celery seed extract, red yeast rice, hawthorne berry, and fish oil lowered mine from 140/100 to 130/90
