Achieving your stated goal is going to be more of a function of diet not workout schedules. Suggest posting current diet in the Diet Section and get feeback.

    Thanks!

Already went down that road and have a pretty good hold on my diet - just wondering now if I am missing anything with regard to the trying portion.

I would widen my rep range but other than that the schedule looks very solid to me.

vary your rep ranges more, is what he's saying. You can use ranges from 1-20 and all manner of different set numbers too.

I agree with FG, he wasn't talking about your grip width, he's saying you should mix up your rep range with 8-12's(as an example) instead of just 6-8's, go lighter with more reps.
