First pct

I'm 36, 5'8, 192 lbs(up from 170), roughly 20% bf. I just finished my first cycle. I kick started with 25mg of Dbols/day for 4 weeks and ran 500mg of Test-C/wk for 9 weeks. Friday(yesterday) was 2 weeks since my last shot and I have a bottle of Clomid and a bottle of Nolvadex. I have 50 capsules of Clomid at 50mg ea, and 75 capsules of the Nolva at 20mg ea.

My question is, how much do I take of these pills and for how long? And unfortunately, I don't have access to any other form of pct so what I do have will have to do. Thank you for any helpful responses.

Hey D7M, thanks for the reply. The way you set the numbers above....are you saying to take 50mg of clomid per day for the first 2 weeks then 25mg per day for weeks 3 and 4? I'm just not quite clear on the number sequence.

from what i gather, its ALWAYS good to block estrogen in a cycle....
