I am currently deployed and im lookin for a good diet to get my hands on. Its hard to eat healthy out here but ive gotta stick to it. My cardio game and fitness level out here is in no need of work thats for sure, im just looking for a jump start on the diet game. Im 19%bf and looking for 15 or below. Any comments will be great. There are endless amounts of "healthy" foods here just putting them together is my problem along with the time line of meals. Tuna, protien shakes and oatmeal are easily accessible as well.
