Zerchers = Your one stop shopping for all the pain you want!

This is a great lift to incorporate from time to time with light weight and good form only... Hits your glutes hams and quads totally different angle feels great! I do haft to use a cheat towel on my forearms :/ but still effective gotta love the gains.

Hahahahaha! That's my former training partner, Nick Best (if you look at some of his older videos, the big black guy doing stones with him and walking along side him doing a 400lb farmers walk is me!). He is one strong mofo. He does zercher squats because he gets more carry over in strongman. He's also had a persistent upper back problem that prevents him from regular squats. He's squatted over 900, benched 700, and deadlifted over 880. He's also one of the oldest competing pro strongmen as well. He's 43. Good guy.
