    New-Dont know what to take

    Greetings,
    I'm new to the Steroid world... I am a 33 year old female. I'm happy with my size I just can't get rid of this belly area.. I hate my muffin top. What is best for just helping me burn extra fat. I workout 3 times a week.. lite Cardio and weight training.. any suggestions?

    Workout more than 3 times a week.

    I run a 8:30 mile. I'm not great at weight training. my legs look great. my arms look great. my abs are ok.. its the sides I cant stand..
    I'm a vegatarian
    no dairy (I normally use soy milk or Almond milk)

    I run 4 miles each day that I work out then light circuit training.. so you think I should stop running everyday I work out and do more circuit training?

    Try running on the days you don't workout (so another 3-4 days a week), so that you get the most out of your runs and your weightlifting. And do some machine cardio on your workout days as well. Cutting requires more time in the gym than does bulking.

    try cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. ride the bike for 30 min and burn 500 cal,every day.
