Hi guy im new here i know just a bit about all those products here
i'm 21 , 170 and 5"7.5and im training like 4/5 /days a week doing Cardio & ABS everyday with 2 muscle.
I have 19% BF and i want to be leaner , cut ,
im watching everything im eating and trying to eat good food most of the time
I'm very effective vs caffeine so if someone can help me with all this , a fat-burner or something like clen or t4 or whatever i dont know wich is giving very good results.
i know everyone will say MORE CARDIO , DIET ! but im already doing this i just want to have another litlle punch b4 summer
