Air pressure with Syringe?

Hey, I apologize if im posting this in the wrong section or what not, but the search function isn't working for me, but this is my problem:

I started Testo prop this morning, while trying to withdraw the liquid from the vial the air pressure kept pushing the liquid back in, how do I avoid this?
