    Arimidex cause joint pains?

I just read that AI (arimidex) can cause joint pain. I got bum knees and I want to run Arimidex on my next cycle. Anyone out there experience joint pains when on .25mg to .5mg everyday of Arimidex? Thanks

SG. The only time I had joint pains on adex was from taking too much and estro went way to low. But with .25 ed no problem at all. I use close to .75 ed when starting hcg cause my gyno goes crazy and still no problem but I lower that dose after a week or two. It works well for me and I use it every cycle but after starting hcg and using .75ed I get down to .25 e3d. If gyno starts to come back I use more frequently.

Aromasin is less liley to cause joint pain and other side effects (unless you really overdo it). + it is shorter acting, so you don't have to suffer as long should you take too much.

I've heard that too, but I run it with every cycle and have never had that problem, personally. Just like any other gear-related product, it will affect people differently. You could go to EOD if need be.

    It has been documented.

A multi-center, double-blind clinical trial listed both bone and joint pain among Adex's "Common Side Effects”. The former was cited in 7 of 201, with 6 of 184 in the latter overall. This may not seem like much but it is statistically significant and for greater perspective, within differentiated group trials 0030 and 0027 bone pain appeared in 11 of 54, and in trials 0004 and 0005 in 6 of 17 subjects making it practically statistical as well.

For more on the scope (dosages, duration, groups, etc.) of this study see below:

Thanks for the info. lots of good stuff in the paper. I might be one of the unfortunate ones. I really suffered from knee pains while I was on Anavar. I was told it might be Winstrol sold as Anavar. Who knows? I'll try a low dose .25mg/ed and see how my knees feel. If it starts to hurt I'll go to .25mg/eod. What do you folks think about nolvadex instead of arimadex as an AI during cycle?

Nolvadex will stop estrogen from binding with your breast receptors, but it will not lower your estrogen levels. When your test levels rise, your estrogen levels rise too. So basically, nolva will stop you from developing lumps but it won't take care of the other estrogen related side effects.
