    quad pinning issue...

I have a little swelling above my knee from injecting in my outer quad. The actual injection site is fine, the swelling is right above my knee only on the outside right where my quad meets my knee.I am 8 weeks in to a test c cycle, I did the first two weeks in my glute bit found its much easier for me to use the quad. I feel more in control and can asperate Mich easier. I alternate left to right quad every other shot. As stated before I am running test c, 250mg every 3.5 days with a 1.5 22g pin. Could anyone shed a little light on this issue?

No I split my shots between left and right outer quads and I'm 8 weeks in. It's not hot to the touch, no redness just a little puffy bout 2in in diameter and is really only sore when I am stretching the muscle. It seams like it may be fluid between the skin and muscle. I know I was deep enough, I use a 1.5 22g pin. I use oneto draw and a new one to administer with...

    Id say ur fine

In quads the pain/ swelling seems to be lower than the injection site (at least that was how it was for me), dont know why, maybe because of gravity

If you are describing what I think you are I had the exact same thing happen with Prop about 10-12 days ago. I pinned in the lower thight about a hands breadth above the knee about the 2-3rd day I developed a swelling and pain just above the knee probably 4 inchs lower on the leg than where I pinned. It took about 7-8 days to go away, if this is what you are talking about pain at a location lower than the injection site you will probably be fine just know it will take about a week to subside.

That's Exactly what I'm experiencing. There really is no pain any more just a little puffy. I think maybe gravity got hold and I did pin a few inches lower than normal. Thanks for the feedback guys.

I had this exact thing on my second pin, it was a little lower than my first pin and I freaked out, didnt swell till about 30 hours after the pin, but hurt to walk on for like 2 days, completely fine after 2 days though, just swelling took a bit to completely disappear, the second pin on the same side I just went higher and had no swelling issues

You dont really have to worry unless it is really swollen, discolored, warm to the touch, or any combination of these. Pain at or around injection site and swelling is very common. Injecting is a traumatic thing to do to your body and will create scar tissue over time.
