I'm doing a Ketogenic diet, 6 on, 1 cheat.
I'm a wrestler by nature, and last time I did this I lost 25lbs in one month, lost considerable strength as well. Granted I had to make weight for a submission wrestling tourney.
Daily I consume about 18-20 oz of chicken.
3 egg whites, one whole.
2-3 protein shakes @ 2g carbs a serving.
2-3 servings of either spinach, broccoli, green beans, or soy beans.
Carrots/jerky for a snack. I would like to find a lower carb protein bar? Do they exist?
Looking to add a thermogenic in 2 weeks, advice on the better ones?
Then 2 weeks after when fat is down 8 wk cycle
50-80mg Anavar day
500iu hcg wk
200-500mg test e wk
Advice on cycle?

Been training with weights off and on since I was 14, now 28. 1 cycle experience, wrestled my whole life, recently out of the military, as well as recent redshirt from collegiate wrestling team. Training is great, diet was horrible. To much beer pong though. Starting 2nd week of diet Monday.

Keto diet kills your testosterone levels. Change up the diet or run some test.
I ran an 80mg/ed anavar + 200mg/wk x 8weeks Test cycle last year. Great results. I didn't really want to gain a lot of weight. I just wanted to get leaner, tighter, and stronger. The stack did all that for me.
