Start off with push-ups. Push-ups will work all the muscles in the pectoral group and give you a solid foundation for building a ripped chest. Dips are also good, provided that you lean forward enough to recruit your chest muscles and not just the triceps and deltoids. If you have access to the equipment, you can also do cable crossovers.

For building muscle size, you need the bench press. A flat bench press will target all the pec muscles, while an inclined bench will target mainly the upper pecs and a declined bench will target the lower pecs. Finally, dumbbell flies will develop the inner pectorals.

For enhancing muscle definition, nutrition plays the biggest role. If you want a ripped chest, or a ripped anything for that matter, you need to eliminate bodyfat, and that means adjusting your diet and incorporating cardio into your workouts. To find out how to do this, you should visit the Diet Forums on this site.

Hope this helps, and good luck bro!

You are just going to stay after long past 2 month dude.. It doesn't happen overnight. Stick around here and you will be on your way.

Marathon runners have ripped chests but not a whole lot on them. If you want size and striation its going to take a LOT longer than 2 months.

Time bro...time. If you want some advice on your program post it up, but you can't expect much in 2 months. It's a process that takes years and years...
