High protein
Moderate carbs
Low fat
Thanks man. High protein moderate carbs work great on a cut. But since I use roids , the rate of protein synthesis is higher and I won't need much protein ??
Also high carbs = better energy for muscle synthesis process.
Just a thought , I am not sure.

If ur running var or not the same rules apply
I simply chose which one i thought was best for cutting
If it was to gain w8 id pick the 40 40 20 diet
