I've been sick for the last few days and was running late this morning so I had to grab subway.
Footlong roast beef on wheat with tomatoes and light mayo
I would love to post up something creative and delicious, however, eggs and oats it continues to be. Sadly, it's also my fav meal of the day! I add 1/2 cup of blueberries for a little flair.
1/2 cup dry Quaker Grits
2 Scoop whey protein
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup green onions
1 small can of tuna
Blueberry Pancakes
1/2 egg whites
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup steel oats
Cin or whatever to add some zip
8 oz OJ (total pulp)
I also eat oats and eggs. However many different ways to eat it.

combine for pancakes
great omletes and oatmeal
any other ways to use these foods.
I'm a little different in my tastes. Today, I had turkey breast, vegetables, and a couple of pieces of toast.

usually I have a pancake...this morning it was a small whole wheat tortilla wrapped over egg whites and turkey bacon
Shake apon awakening
40g Whey/Casein/Egg white
30-45mins later...
3 whole eggs, 6 whites, 1/2 cup outmeal, honey
Those pancakes r great, I think everyone should try them

Perfect for breakfast and honestly really good
You could also throw a scoop of chocolate when in aswell, that would be good, I will be trying that soon
2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites with a handful of spinach and about 3oz of ground turkey. hot sauce on top to add some more flavor then 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a 1/2 scoop of protein powder mixed in since i cant seem to choke down the extra 2 egg whites. i dont get how i can be so fat, eat a ton of junk but not be able to eat my diet goals of the good stuff. im about ready to try some of what you guys got going on though. im starting to get bored of the same ol, same ol

the full service is $90/mo and the "gym" here sucks. I think having a body guard shadow me everywhere will suck. and you won't vbelieve the friggin traffic, but all save that for latetr and not hijack yer thread
1/2 cup Quaker oats with 1/4 cup dried cranberrys and 1/2 banana.
4 oranges through my Jack Lalaine juicer to make 8 1/2 oz of fresh OJ
then I mix in 6 egg whites in the juice ( makes it easy to swallow )
3 egg white omelet with some turkey breast and 8 oz of coffee.
Pretty boring but it works for me.
After seeing those pancakes though I think it's time to switch it up.
Eggs and oats is where it's at, but sometimes protein pancakes (mind don't look nearly as good as above though)..
