Diet was around 2800 calories a day, high protein, moderate carbs and fats. Maybe 325/250/60 on the grams of macros. Cardio was low intensity, started at 60 minutes and gradually went to 120 minutes a day split into 2 sessions. Nothing fancy, just a lot of work. Now you know why when you asked if you could hit 10% in 12 weeks I said "absolutely".

Oh man thats a story in itself... i'll just say my overall weight at my max wasnt too high, just a real bad body fat percentage/ratio. My ass is definitely underweight at this point but determined to lean out before starting to bulk back up as I mentioned earlier.

My body is used to dieting from 17 years of competing so it responds a bit better than someone making a first run at cutting.

My thread doesn't go back this far, but I started just over 2 years ago at 255lbs with bodyfat in the mid 30's. I looked terrible. Although I don't have before pics, you can see my progress and where i'm at now. Currently 195lbs bodyfat around 13% or so.
