What days for injecting HCG?

Searched around here and around the web but i found nothing.
When is the best time to inject HCG? Can i inject it the same days as my TEST-E shots ?

Or do the shots need to be 4 days apart ?

Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday Shot 2
Saturday
Sunday
Monday
Tuesday Shot 3 ???
Wednesday
....................

Do i have to count 4 exact days, or can i shoot constantly on the same days ?



I will require 2 shots / week , 250 iu.

I take every 3rd day and it does not matter as far as days you shoot test. Can be on the same day. Some people use hcg 3 x a week. I started at 250iu twice a week. I now do 500iu twice a week only because 250 did not seem to work for me but IMO if you can use less it's better. Also keep an AI around just in case. I get gyno instantly with hcg but adex takes care of that.
