The same as USPS, more or less. Domestic packs don't get checked. International packs all go through customs the same.
some stuff was shipped to me via UPSat a business center and it is still showing as not picked up by ups since last Tuesday. if they did find it can u be charged with a felony because it was in the mail? Is it the same penalty for drugs and gear?
The tracking is probably just lagging. Calm down.
You'd get get potential felony charges just because AAS are class 3 scheduled substances, not because they're in the mail.
Agree with Bonaparte. Its probably lagging. I'm not 100% sure but the most they can do is seize it.
Does it require a signature ? If not and they wanted to charge you they would send an under cover courier dressed as a UPS worker and hand deliver it to you. This way the state has a case that you personally received it.
Worse comes to worse and someone does show up you can always say that you didnt order any packages from "XYZ"
Problem is I shipped it to myself.
how did you pay for it ? Money order I hope and not a CC in your name or a personal check signed by you.......
I paid for it with cash but they needed a CC/ID to take any shippment (New UPS Policy). I had a Visa Gift card that I used as a CC. Guess all I can do is wait. I mostly was just wondering if anyone knows what standard policy would be for UPS. It was shipped ground no signature required.
UPS does not check packs (and only US customs will check internationa mail). It could only get caught if something breaks and starts leaking oil and they have to open and inspect.
no sig required means if no one is there to receive the package they will just leave it at the door. making it easy to steal..
I called UPS and i'm fairly sure they really don't even have it yet. Do you think it would be a bad idea to call the drop off location and see if they know where it is?
