Right now I am in the high teens for Body fat and been working out for many years. I want to get to round 15% before I try gear and wanted some input on a good routine to ut with. Right now I try to get up before I eat now and do 40-60 mins of cardio in the AM at night I do weights and some cardio. I have done p90x then I was was doing chest/tri back/bi shoulders/arms and legs on seperate days and also have done single muscle group a day work out. I was wondering what routines others have found that worked good and that you think are best for someone who is trying to cut fat can work out 5 days a week and at least 4 times twice a week, once in the am and in the evening. Any input would be appreciated.
