Yes, in the US, E is illegal. It is available OTC as "Bronkaid" however. Go to your pharmacists counter and as for this product. Each pill is 25 mg of E. Stack one up to 3 times daily with a 200 mg caffeine pill, available at any sports nutrition store. 75mg of aspirin is also recommended to keep BP under control. Good luck.
