How to sterilize grapeseed oil

I have been getting some pain from my sustanon shots and wanted to dilute them with oil. The only grapeseed oil I could find locally was Aura Cacia's Grapeseed Natural Skin Care (contains grapeseed oil and vitamin E). I hear you need to sterilize it first either by boiling it or by getting a 23 gauge filter. Both of these methods sound iffy to me. How do you guys go about it?

This would be a better fit in the lab section, but to answer your question no way in the world would I use a skin care product. If you don't want to go to the trouble of ordering USP vegable oil at least get pure vegetable oil for cooking and then heat it in a clean beaker to about 260° for half an hour then let it cool and filter through a .22um (not 23 guage) whatman syringe filter. The Um in scientific notation which is a micrometer so a .22um filter is .00000022 meters across each pore this means that the filter will actually filter out any germs so heating is not needed technically (as germs will not make it through the filter) but still a good idea.

You should be able to get pure vegetable oil (grapeseed,sesame etc) at any grocery store for about $8.00 for about 10 oz. Make sure you do not get an oil that says flavored or lightly flavored as this will not be a pure oil.

Yeah I was a little unsure about getting something for the skin but it was all I could find. Can these whatman filters be purchased at a local Walgreens or CVS?
