Lifting for 1 year, switching routine. (advice, help)

Hey I started lifting last year and did Rippetoes starting strength, and after 2 months switched to stronglifts. It's the exact same lifts except 5x5 instead of 3x5. I worked on this for a year and saw many gains, 80lb bench to 145lbs, squat from 100lb to 205, deadlift 100lb to 205, overhead press is still lagging (weak shoulders).
MY stats are 6'6", 179lbs, before i started i was 156lbs 6'6". My bf% is quite low being a strong ecto. I am looking to add mass and aesthetics.
The book says you can do the program for 6months to a year then consider switching programs.

Here's how my last workout was though.
    mon-
    squats 5x5
    bench 5x5
    Overheadpress- 5x5
    pullups + pushups

    wed-
    squats 5x5
    deads 5x5
    bb rows 5x5
    pullups + pushups

    fri-
    same as monday

Now i am quite bored doing this all the time , i spend 45 minutes tops at the gym each time.

I recently switched up to a 5 day split, 8-10 reps for every exercise

    Monday: Chest & Calves
o 4 sets of incline dumbbell press,
o 3 sets of bench press,
o 3 sets of incline flies,
o 3 sets of chest dips until failure
o 2 sets of standing calf raises until failure
o 2 sets of donkey calf raises until failure

    Tuesday: Legs
    o 4 sets of squats 8-10 reps
o 3 sets of leg press
o 3 sets of leg extensions
o 3 sets of stiff-legged deadlifts suppersetted with leg curls

    Wednesday: Biceps & Triceps
o 4 sets of chin-ups suppersetted with barbell curls
    o 3 sets of 21's
    o 3 sets of close-grip bench press
    o 4 sets of pulldowns
    o 3 sets of skullcrushers

    Thursday: Shoulders
o 4 sets of miliatary press suppersetted with lateral raises
o 3 sets of upright rows
o 3 sets of front raises
o 3 sets of lying rear delt raises

    Friday: Back
o 3 sets of wide grip chins until failure
    o 4 sets of deadlifts
o 3 sets of bent over rows
    o 3 sets of T-bar rows

Is it a good time for me to change into this split? I want to be in the gym every day and not just 3x a week anymore doing the same 4-5 lifts (gotten bored).
Thanks for reading, or any input

a 5 day split with your stats isn't really what you need to grow right now. You're better off with the 5x5 program. If you want something different pick up 5/3/1. Basically you need to get stronger in the big lifts before getting things complex
