Well where to begin, currently cycling i wont go in detail of what.
My diet has been 10x better than my 1st cycle, now obviously the foods i have been eating such as 200ml egg white omleete with an egg, tomatoes, and onion are not the best tasting things to eat (well for me anyway)
Now with these not so good tasting foods i refuse to drink with only water, i always pour about max 60ml of a juice and consume it out through out the meal. As you could imagine juices can have high intake of sugar.
Anyone reckon the drink is affecting me alot, in gains etc?
