Nolvadex is Tamoxifen Citrate, a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator), and is not sold OTC in the US.

What you're referring to is Novedex XT, which is a natural test booster made by Gaspari Nutrition. Novices often mistaking use this for pct, which might aid in proper test recovery, but what you are looking for is Nolvadex. Creative marketing by Gaspari to trick people into buying their product. From what I understand, that product was pulled off the shelves, or at least discontinued this October for violating product ingredient regulations. Def look into getting a SERM - nolva or clomid.

A lot of times companies name their products very close to each other to trick people into thinking they are getting something that they really aren't.
Do lots of research and be sure you know what you are getting.
