    New Member with question..

Hello all, first i am a High School Jr. I am a football and baseball player. I am 5'8 and weigh 140 lbs. I have good strength for my size 195# bench and 265 squat. I understand that some of you will not be cool giving me advise but i am 18. I was in public school then private back to public and picked up an "extra" year. My 40 time was a 4.58(hand timed). I am going to be a Sr next year and I am running out of time. I have always been undersized but continue to grow (at the rate of 1/2 inch every six months). I need to step up my game if i am going to play on varsity, and although college football is probably not in my future baseball could be. First can taking steriods cause me to stop growing? I have read that some over the counter stuff(p-6 to name one)..will. I may not get much taller but I would hate to cut myself short....lol...What would you guys recomend? I would like to do just one cycle to give myself a boost. I need to gain weight, size and speed. I plan on doing it during the summer and being clean but the start of two a days. I am also ok sticking with "GNC" stuff if it will really work...ideas????

Welcome! You have TONS of Hormones now! Please take advantage of your natural edge.
At 18 you can do a lot of damage to your natural test levels which can really backfire on you.
    Hang here and learn.

I knew i would get that response and I understand what you are saying(hear the same thing from my dad) but you understand that the clock is ticking...this is a narrow window that will not be open for long...and all my "hormones" must be busy doing something else because thet arent helping me get bigger,,,,

John...do you have any idea what AAS would do to you now at 18?
Do you have any idea how many threads I see day after day where an 18- 19-20 year old young buck who decided to take AAS and now can no longer have an erection? and he is so mad at himself for doing so and begging for help here.

If you do not already eat right and train right then it will not do much for you. It is not a magic pill. Once you stop the steroids, your body will return to where it was if your diet and training is not perfect.

The guys you see here who are HUGE are dedicated and it is a lifestyle for them. They count every single little calorie. They create a workout program which is hard as heck to do and they stick with it. They take it very seriously. And taking steroids is VERY serious business and dangerous.

I am not trying to be a naysayer. I promise you. I will also promise you that if you take steroids at 18 you will be so disappointed.

You need to eat. And EAT and EAT the right food. PLEASE go on over to the Diet Question forum and start a thread there. The guys are perfectionist and they will create a NEW YOU.... a lot better than any steroids could ever do.

Since you are ok with GNC it is important that you stick with stuff they have. What is your current diet look like and what products from GNC do you use.

I am not on anything from there except for a protein drink. I was just saying if nobody wanted to tell me what "real" stuff to use I might be able to get some suggestions on some OTC stuff...

maybe try some pre workout supps like "jack3d" or "black cats" but definately don't muck around with your hormones at this stage in your life.

The main thing you HAVE to realize is, supplements DO NOT get you bigger a good diet does you have to eat FOOD not protien drinks...
Then you have to understand that , mannnnn when i was 18 i woulda done anything "steroids" whatever... sure lets do it !!!
BUT now that im 40 im glad i diddnt fick myself up and cause lifelong problems.... you gotta learn to eat... its hard, but dedicate yourself, and dont do jiuce untill later in life, wayyyy later

John, I tell you what, you take the money you're thinking about spending on steroids and you spend it instead on some sessions with a good nutritionist and an excellent trainer. You probably have a lot to learn about getting your diet squared away anyways. And down the route when you're in you're 20's and you decide to go the AAS route, you'll have a good foundation. Wait at least 4 or 5 years before you even think of juicing it. Besides, you'll make better gains with excellent training and diet than you will if you were on steroids with a shitty diet/training regiment.

Try 1MR its a new pre workout supplement and it makes me feel like im back on cycle during my workouts. Also try a nice NO2/Creatine stack and it will work wonders.

If you are only on protein from GNC then it's time for you to get more advice on supplements. You need to look into pre workout, post workout, amino's, vitamins, etc. If you do not understand supplements now then a cycle will not help. I agree that your money will be well spent getting good advice and not on gear. You also have said nothing about your diet. Eat right to look right.
