    An early thank you

I’m more of a lurker than a poster but I wanted to thank you all in this section. I read and have setup my own diet based on the stickies and posts and been following it very hard for 6 weeks. Just had my BF checked at the gym (7 point) yesterday and was under 20% (19%). I’m not sure what it was to start with but some of the websites were mid to low 20’s. Doesn’t matter cause I feel great, have a positive attitude towards workouts most days and have a positive outlook now.

To anyone who just found the site, everything you need is here whether it be around cycles, workouts, diets or just a support group.

Congratulations and great job, keep chipping away week after week, you'll continue to grow in health and in mind! outstanding job so far!

Could we look into your stats sometime, age, weight, height, years or time lifting etc.? Not real important, I just like to see where people have been sometimes.

    Welcome!

So many new people don't realize how much info there is in the stickies, and available through search.

Sounds like you are well on your way. Keep grinding!

    as requested:

    42 yr old male
    6'
    205lbs
19% body fat (had a 7 point assesment at gym)
    no cycles
In and out of the gym for 20years with no real focus till now.

I might have hit a bit of a roadblock as I might have broke my thumb and will find out later today. That will suck but I'm already figuring out whatelse I can do that doesn't take a thumb
