I will buy either one, depending on what they have and i always thought they were pretty similar macro wise.
I am making a list of all the things I eat and now I am really confused. Wiki says that London Broil is often mislabeled top round or something?
On livestrong there is a big difference in protein between the two. For a 6 ounce serving it is saying that the London Broil only has 46g of protein, while the top round has 60g. It also says that the top round is about 355 calories, and the london broil 310 per 6oz.
So can someone confirm if all those numbers are correct?
There is not much info out there on "london broil" specifically, and on this site.....
