Woke up sick as a dog, can't eat or get out of bed.. 8 weeks in

Starting my 8th week of test e and var. Woke up to get water a few times last night and could tell I was getting sick. Sure enough this morning I felt like I was dying. No temp but have no appetite and can't get out of bed.

How bad does this hurt being on sauce? If I go all day without food will I lose a lot of gains?

happening to me right now as well. Luckily I can still eat a bit and it's just a head cold, but I am lying around all day and probably taking in 1500 calories at best.

I know man.... It completely sucks! I feel like I'm going backwards!!

Hoping that since my body is anabolic and not catabolic I'll burn fat in my lower calorie state.

This happened to me last year. Like SlimJoe says keep those fluids coming. You would be amazed at just staying hydrated can help in the healing process. Might not be a bad idea to take in some calcium too. When we are sick our blood cells use our calcium to help fight off infection. It's one of the reasons we feel those body aches when we are sick.

Try some chicken soup and maybe a little 7-Up. And drink a lot of water. I'd also recommend some calcium tablets 600mg 2x a day and possibly 1000mg of vitamin C. Other than that, try to find some foods easy on the stomach. You need fuel for the body to fight infection.

I just posted this in the lounge too. I guess its everywhere. I was advised flushing nostrils with a mild xilotol solution and a netti pot, I guess it kills bacteria. Im trying it tonight Im mid cycle and cant take another day off cuz of this sick crap.
