End of your rope??? keep going another 6 months and see how you go. Something is wrong in your diet or training. No aas should be used at such high BF%

There are not tons of aas targeted at fat loss, Has more to do with diet and energy in vs energy expended. Your basic first cycle should be testosterone, testosterone converts to estrogen by an enzyme aromatase, In particular, fat cells are active to convert precursors(testosterone) to estorgen and estradiol. So if you have higher fat levels, you're more likely to convert the testosterone to estrogen and cause unwanted side effects eg bitch tits and excess water, which in turn can increase blood pressure, acne, and fat gain(opposite of what your trying to accomplish). Clen at that high body fat would do way way more harm that any noticeable losses at that high bf%. If you are still losing weight, just be patient and keep going, your doing good so far. Goodluck.

Where on earth did you hear there are tons of aas for weight loss specifically? :S !! Steroids would have no benefical affect to you, you would gain weight as everysingle steroid user does gain weight on cycle , so why would you want to use it? And not to be disrespectfull but any musle you would gain you wouldnt be able to see. there are cutting steroids like anavar however YOU GAIN WEIGHT with it still all be it sometimes just 3lbs for example.
Cardio Cardio Cardio is your answer. Keep fully commited to it, and if your body isnt responding to certan diets simply change your diet.

PS clenbuterol .... i agree compltely with the last post about it 100%

Thank you in advance for any help you can give. I will be as thorough as possible.

I am 32 years old and an ex-professional athlete (goalkeeper, soccer). Height 5’10”, weight: 301 lbs, 31% body fat. I am currently trying to lose weight, gain muscle and hit my ultimate goal of 190-210lbs, with a body fat around 15%. I'm ready to push good ole' mother nature aside and call in the big dogs (Science, that is) to see if I can get this weight off once and for all. Time to hit the supplements market to see if I can get an edge. I am willing to take anything as long as the supplement is safe and the cycle/uptake is well documented and studied.

I currently take the following supplements:

GNC Mega Man Energy Vita-pak:I take this once a day, but consume the second multi later in the day or save it for the next day. I take this approx. 4-5 days a week.

VPX NO Shotgun: about 1 scoop prior to workout or just sip on it during the day. I don't regulate when or how much I consume of this. Sometimes it is 1 scoop, sometimes it is like 3 scoops spread throughout the day in water. I take this approx. 4 days a week.

EAS 100% Whey Protein, 1 milk/protein shake (1 scoop) right when I wake up and sometimes before I go to bed.

Nature Made Fish Oil Omega-3: I take 2 capsules a day, somewhere between the morning and afternoon. ~ 1200mg a day.

Spring Valley Co Q-10: 1 capsule once a day, usually between morning and afternoon. ~ 100mg a day.

I was very strict in terms of my diet for approx. 6 months, under direction of a Athletic Traininer and a registered Dietician, and I lost a whopping 20 lbs... And I worked out 2 times a day. They varied every single variable possible (exercise types, durations, foods, times a day, qualtities, etc. etc.) to get me to lose more fat, inches, lbs, and there continued to be little to no result. It was torture. I have even had my blood tested (low cholesterol, avg. blood pressure, low sugars, etc). I am at the end of my rope with my weight problem.

In 1996 I took one cycle of anabolics in college and saw amazing results... Taking those post cycle pills seemed really strange though. I’m afraid of destroying my bodies ability to produce Test. About 10 years ago, I was tested and had “low normal” levels of Test. The Endocrinologist I saw gave me a 1% AndroGel product to apply to my chest, but I saw no real improvement in my Test numbers. My levels are still in the low-normal range.

Any takers on helping me? Any advice? Thanks! I'm open to anything.

Their major concern is the increase in blood pressure, and although most fat people have high cholesterol/blood pressure/triglycerides, I do not. I eat very clean and, as you can see above, take plenty of supplements to help keep my bio in check while I diet. I AM losing weight with my current diet. There are TONS of aas targeted towards weight loss specifically, so what are you talking about?
So which is it are you still losing fat or not losing any? Or do you think you can take magic pills and shed fat like never before. I'm no diet expert, but there are really good members here that are. Post your diet in diet section. If you are still losing fat, keep at it. If you are not adjust something. Goodluck

^^^^ I want the magic pills! Is this were we get them?

I once lost 75 pounds. I took a while, but once I started seeing results I was psyched to keep going. Losing 3-5 pounds a week may not seem like a lot, but it adds up fast!
