Not switching your protein sources can make you allergic?

One of the things that stuck with me from Milos Sarcev's diet videos was when he talked about varying your protein sources. He says don't stick to the same protein all the time because you can develop allergic reactions from over consumption.

I'm curious to know, what are these "Allergic" symptoms?

It's got me thinking because in the last 3 months I've had what appears to be food poisoning twice and I normally never have these problems. I have a feeling it might be in the way I prepare my chicken. I buy frozen chicken breasts and put them in the sink and half fill it with water. This way, the chicken is usually defrosted within 2 or 3 hours. I always make sure it's thoroughly cooked. I use an Indian curry style sauce to give it some flavor. I always use the same sauce too. So that may be an issue, but I want to understand what these "protein allergies" are all about. How your body reacts to them etc.

The problem is with Whole Proteins, the chains are so big that the body can't break them down.
Whole Proteins are from Grains, fruit mainly, and some forms of Sea Food.
I would take Milos advice at all,he is all over the pages when it comes to shit,he has fuked up looks of BB Diets, and Gear advice.
Allergic symptomas are Itchy throat,or swollen troat, lips swells up and you will need to take a allergy meds..
When i eat apples my throat swells up,so i need to take a allergy med to take the itcky and swelling throat away.
The only problems you will get from Protein is gas,or bloating, and that goes away with time.If it doesn't go away them you might be lacto's so go with Iso Protein, best of luck..

I think that theory is a bunch of BS personally. It really makes no sense from an evolutionary standpoint that we would develop an allergy to an essential food source just from consistent consumption. The symptoms of food poisoning should not at all resemble the symptoms of an allergic reaction. My guess is that you ate either undercooked chicken or perhaps it was contaminated with some sort of E Coli from the start. The kitchen sink is usually a pretty filthy place. By letting your chicken "marinade" in that environment for a few hours you are encouraging the growth of many pestilent microorganisms. I suggest leaving the chicken in the fridge overnight or microwaving it to thaw it. It requires a bit more planning ahead to thaw in the fridge, but it is definitely a cleaner method.

That has nothing to do with evolution, that has to do with mutations which are a random occurrence to genetic material.

I agree with that as well, but the point is its a new focus of the immune system.

Ive never seen anybody put on MTX because of food allergies lol.
