    Long time reader; first time poster.

    I started a sust 250 cycle which I was only able to use 3cc out of the 10cc container. The combination of school, work, and an injury made me abruptly stop.

    However, I am looking to start again. This time around, the leftovers of the sust 250 (which I should mention, expired 01/2010) remain , and a new sust and tren.

    The cycle that seems to be the most popular is the 750 sust / 250 tren. Is this a good cycle and should I carry out until it is done?

    What do I do with the remaining sust 250? I was thinking about frontloading it before the sust/tren cycle albeit of the passed expiration date.

    I am a 26, 5'8", 185. Before the accident I was training quite a bit and managed to hit 203 lbs but lost it all weeks prior to surgery.

    Ypu definately shouldn't run tren first cycle as well 750mg of test isn't necessary.

    thank you for the response.

    aside from the short lived cycle from before, yes... this would be considered my first cycle. so, if i am not running them together, what would be an acceptable dosage for the test and the tren?

    Dose the test at 400-500mg per week. As far as the tren take all of it and suck it up into the syringe and shoot it in the toilet....Or give it to someone at the gym, you really don't need to use it now or any time soon.

    Tren is potent with several side effects . Not recommended for amateur cycling .
    A first cycle has precautions that maybe needed like AI's for gyno, water retention and high blood pressure .
    Therefore you need to learn how your body reacts to one AAS before you add another .

    thank you, unknown side affects are never wanted. i will wait to run the test some other time.

    can the test be used if it is a couple of months expired. i figure if will be less potent, but will there be any averse side effects?

    Well, IMO. I would never inject anything that is expired. You wouldn't eat chicken or steak that is "only a couple months expired" would you? So why would you even concider injecting something that is expired?

    Yeah I wouldnt do tren as a first. believe me test is an awesome first.

    the exp test is fine im sure..there has been much talk on here about running gear past the exp date and ive only read positive comments. 1 year past exp should be fine

    I'm a little confused. So you had to stop the cycle cuz of the reasons listed above but it sounds like you had to stop lifting all together, correct? Due to an injury that required surgery, can I ask what?

    How long were you out of the gym for and how long have you been back?

    sorry for the late response.

    i ruptured my pec major, so they had to reattach it to the bone (not very familiar with the intricacies of the surgery, sorry). since today it has been 7 weeks since the surgery occurred, but i have been lifting at physical therapy and on my own for almost 3 weeks. the orthopedic surgeon prescribed i do not train with weights; hence, i concentrated on cardio activities. to answer the previous questions, yes.. i had to stop lifting all together. there is palpable atrophy to the pec i ruptured, and i lost whatever i had gained. the incident occurred during a training accident.

    to be exact, i lost crica 22 lbs. and increased body fat by ~4%. right before the surgery i was on my 3rd shot (1cc) of sust 250. i felt the muscular and strength gains as well as the other side effects (water retention, mainly).

    right now i am at a crossroads. i have my pick form three different types of gear: sust 250, tren, and cypionate. originally, i was going to do the sust 250 / tren stack until i read helpful comments from users on this site. however, should i stick to sust or go with the cypionate.

    as far as the expired gear... i have read in many places that it is "ok" to use it. when i ran very very rogue hypothetical chemical calculations it seemed that the expired test would be around 20% less potent than what it is now (calculation were made in nov. 2010, so i am sure the number increases when extrapolated). either way, i have non-expired sust that i would not mind using over the expired.

    That a terrible injury. Ouch. That will be a very long time before you completely get over that one. Doing a cycle so soon afterward will increase your chances of re-injury. Gear won't loose much potency if properly stored. Cypionate would be my first choice of the group.

    i have been back to the gym for 3 weeks now, mostly doing light weight plyometrics that do not involve the chest
