So I will be starting my first cycle with test cyp. at 500 mg a week taken over the course of two injections every 3-4 days. I understand the side effects and risks of using any AAS but would like to avoid water weight and any gain of fat mass. Besides a diet which I feel I have already nailed down in planning and preparing what other areas could contribute to the leanest gains possible? I am able to have prescription amphetamines prescribed to me and feel these could be beneficial for stamina in cardio and hiit sessions but worry about the strain I know my heart will already be under on a cycle. This is my first cycle so any other aas is out of the question. Also I will have nolvadex on hand the entire cycle in case estrogenic effects start to show.
