Need a little help on what to do.

I am getting back in the gym after a long break and weight gain. I am 6'1 and weigh 250 and am wondering what the best gear would be to cut weight and bulk up with.

If you have been out for an extended period of time I would focus on building a solid base through diet and training, the last thing you want to do is come back to training, jump on gear and injure yourself from lifting too hard after time off.
What is you cycle experience and full stats

I have only done one full cycle of test e 500 10 weeks. I dont know my full stats at the moment I stopped working out when i got in my last relationship and now i am single again after 3 years and need to get back in the playing field. I would have to guess and say im at around 18% bf and worked out regularly up to the point of my 3 year break. Im thinking I am just going to get back in the gym with high cardio workout and try to bring my bf % down before but not really sure what i should do after that point.

Thats what i am thinking. I just still have the mind set that I can just jump back in the gym like I was and need to get rid of that thinking. Just hate starting over from the beginning.

I think you should put a couple consecutive years in the gym at a minimum before you consider AAS. Maybe try something like Hydroxycut, but really you need to focus on dieting (mostly) and getting your training program set.

I have friends like this, won't lift without gear. Horse Hockey, get your chubby ass in the gym. The first few months you will make changes very quickly. No excuses. If you go into the gym and just do cardio, and don't have any fun, you will burn out by September, so go in and do a balanced workout routine, consistently.

Get your base as suggested by everyone above, controlled diet and program then clen could be a good option down the track.... Great for fat loss, strength gain and muscle hardness!!
