didn't you just get over being sick? you were probably eating less when you were sick and kinda starved your body than you feel better and eat back to normal putting your metabolism in overdrive you should balance out in a couple of days.

i was wondering if being sick had to do anything with it.

here is the thing. I was sick Saturday, didnt eat much at all during the day and threw up once in the afternoon. Later that night though i got hungry and ate anything that looked good to me.

Next morning Sunday i was only 1.5lbs less. I ate good all day sunday and was back up to .5 lb of my normal weight on monday. Then monday i ate like a house
"at least i thought i did, i was busy at work all day and maybe didnt eat as much as i thought.

So anyway i wake up today and im 5lbs lower? Is there a delay with me being sick lol?

5lbs is nothing. Weight can fluctuate like that easily over night.

Don't over think it, and don't worry about it.

I was sick this weekend as well. Lost 6 pounds over the course of 3 days. I think it's pretty normal and I also think it will come back quick.

Marcus your right normally 5lb would not make me ponder a thing. It's just weird because my weight has been so consistent over the weeks.

Has your AI use changed in any way? Perhaps other meds you were on were causing you to hold water. Eating soup? Could have have caused water retention. Lot's of thing,s all of little consequence.

its water weight. water weight can also flucuate a lot if you don't get any sleep... i'd lose like 4 pounds because of no sleep.

my weight fluctuates by a few pounds in each direction every day.. so make sure you measure yourself at the same time every day and stip to the same diet prior to assuming that it is gear related. My guess is it is water weight
