Ok going to the doc is not an option for financial reasons. That being said what can I do about hair loss. It just started and I can grab a hand full of my hair and pull and quite a bit comes out. Kinda freaking out a about this. Anything I can do?

I'm running 200mg cyp every 10 days. Mpb is no where in my family. Everyone has a full head of hair.

you could try saw palmetto extract...it's a natural 5 alpha reductase inhibitor...and then there's dutasteride or finasteride

Is the palmetto extract topical or injestible?
I'm guessing that dutasteride and finasteride aren't over the counter I've read a little about the dutasteride so I'll read up on the fina. Which would be better and safer to use?

the palm extract is in capsule form typically and is otc whereas dutast and finast is perscription. arr sells liquid dutast and i believe they also have topical spiro.
