What do you guys think about deli meats?
Like boars head roast beef, chicken, turkey, ham?
I seem to eat A LOT of it.
What are your views on it?

I am no nutritionist, but I always thought of the good meats as, well, meat. I avoid the processed stuff. You should be able to check nutritional facts to make sure fat content isn't to high.
Avoid processed meats...IMO. Perservatives...nitrates...blah
Not generally considered bbing food. Usually highly processed, high sodium content, and a bunch of preservatives, nitrates, etc.
Have it once in a while or as a cheat meal, but that's about it.
Kawigirl beat me to it!
not a sub for good *clean* proteins thats for sure!! I say if you dont have any other alternative and its that or some fast food place other the that just being lazy.
A lot of sodium, as long you eat a lot of bananas (high in potassium, potassium flush the sodium out of your body) you gonna be ok.
Deli meats are loaded with sodium and perservatives. Not a healthy choice but in a pinch I will use a deli turkey breast with 2 slices of Ezekiel bread. I load it up with lettuce and cucumbers and eat it. Again I only do this when I am in a pinch.
you can tell by looking at it.. if it looks like bologna that in is crab.. i eat sandwichs from time to time but always get real meat, i.e. chunks of turkey rather than slices.
I like my meat the way it comes off the animal.... too much processing for me, unless im cheating
What exactly do you all consider "high sodium"?
I just looked at some turkey breast I have and it is 200mg for a thick slice, or 8% of the daily value.
