First off hi all! great forum long time reader first time poster!
First im 25 male ive been training hard almost 3 years roid free some great gains using a protein / creatine mix, but am looking for the next level.
Few quick questions....
1, Your ideas on cycles for a first timer what do you thing I should go for? am thinking deca but have fear of needles and dont fancy injecting myself so looking like oral is the way to go..... so what mixes how often over how many weeks. any advice welcome!!!
2, Ever since early teens i have always had a little fat behind the nipples nothing major just bit squidgy 3 years into the training they still there but not as bad will taking steriods make this more of a problem?
