Currently its being dosed like this:
8-9am
Hdrol 50G
Fishoil
2pm
Cycle Support
3PM
Workout
6pm
Hdrol 25g
Fishoil
11pm
Cycle Support
I hear that taking a dose 45-60 minutes before a workout will give better gains..
Would it be appropriate to switch the 6pm dose with the 2pm cycle support?
Is 4-5 hours enough between the 50g and 25g dose?
