I am trying to lose as much weight as possible before the end of feb.
I eat correctly and train 5 days a week. mainly cardio.
my trainer has recommended this:
5 days ECA
2 days off
5 days clen
2 days off
i will repeat this cycle for about 8 weeks.
any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have used ECA before yet the results were not as pleasing as i had hoped.
