Hi Everyone!
I'm new to the forum but, I'll do my best to not break any forum rules! I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
I'm female (thought I'd mention that since BrutalRooster isn't very gender specific!) around 5'7" and last time I weighed myself I was 115lbs. I don't like weighing myself since I was very focused on that when I was younger and it snowballed into restrictive eating. Instead, I try to go off how I look and how my clothes fit.
I have been working out since I was around 16 years old but have only recently started to lift the 'big boy' weights!In the past four months I've gone from squatting just the 45lb bar (heh) to 120lbs (with bar). I still need to work on the mental aspect of putting more weight on the bar. It makes me nervous!
I don't have any specific goals-just want to put on more muscle while leaning out some-particularly in the midsection.
Hope to get some great information from you guys and meet some other like-minded females who do something other than 45 minutes of cardio!![]()
