    uh...well, which anti-psychotic?
And are you using AAS, or just running Nolva by itself for some reason?

Well, I'm not a doctor, but...
they share the enzyme CYP450 3A4 for their metabolism (and each have other enzymes that will metabolize them as well). This means that whichever drug has higher affinity for this enzyme will partially (or even mostly) displace the other. I take Prozac and the same applies to me, so I stack my Nolva with Clomid just to cover all my bases (since I may be losing out on some of the Nolva).
However, I keep my doses low and I am not dependent on the Prozac for my mental health. I'm just a bit moody, irritable, or anxious when I come off.

Clomid is metabolized primarily by CYP450 3A6, while Quetiapine is not.

For this reason, I'd recommend just 50mg of Clomid daily for 4-5 weeks. That should be plenty for an Epi cycle, and 50mg shouldn't cause the depression or other side effects that accompanies large, old-school doses of Clomid. Clomid has a 5 day half-life, so it doesn't really matter what time of the day you take it.

Take care and please be careful using any meds with whatever your condition is.
