I will throw ( I put everything in a blender and drink it ) in a scoop of size on creatine, 2 cups of milk, 1 bananna, 1/2 a cup of oats, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 tbs of pb. I am trying to bulk up at the moment. How do you guys think this is? Should I change anything?
