    Simple 1st time cycle - 10 week Test E - info and progress

    Simple cycle..

    Details:

    ~10 weeks of testosterone enanthate at 500mg/week
    ~split dose to 250mg twice a week (weds and sun)

    ~PCT starting week 12
    - Day 1 Clomid 200mg Nolva 40mg
    - Following 10 Days C 50mg N 20mg
    - Following 10 Days C25mg N 10mg

    ~ Nolva on standby in case of gyno symptoms...

    Personal:

    ~ 5'10 217lbs BF ? (fairly lean, smooth over abs, will post pic)
    ~ Age 26
    ~ 5 year weightlifting history
    ~ Play Sport

    Lifts (natural):

    Bench - 286lbs
    Squat - 418lbs
    Deadlift - 496lbs

    Side Notes:

    I tend to put BF on really easily and I know eating 4000 kcals per day would just bloat me and I'd be looking like the Michelin man.. I gain muscle slow naturally. I am fully aware of the role nutrition plays here, however stuffing my face isn't going to help me I feel. Each meal will be clean, basic and nutrient dense. I eat every 2 and a half hours. Always focusing on protein, and taper carbs down in the evening.

    I'm just finishing week 1 and I'll post a pic asap. I'n the meantime does anyone see any major flaws with what I'm doing? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    Good first cycle mate looks good however imo you going a tad to heavy with your pct, would look better like this...

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20...

    Anyway best of luck and keep us posted with updates....

    Ok thanks for the advice. Would each column there represent 1stday/wk1/wk2/wk3 ?

    Having trouble uploading my picture.. anyone else struggle with this?

    that would work... no need to front load it.

    great cycle for a newbie, only thing i would add if you can get it is HCG at 250iu 2x week from weeks 3-12 This will keep your boys in shape..

    also pct starts 2 weeks after last injection..

    Yeah I was thinking about HCG but there's conflicting views for its usage on a cycle like this. And also I'm not sure I can fit it in my budget, but I appreciate its use. I guess I'll know if I should have used it in a few months..

    On the subject pct, I thought 3 weeks nolva/clomid was ok, or is 4 better?

    Hey, the comment I made about the HCG was just based on me scanning countless forum pages. It seems some guys don't bother with it while some wouldn't do without it. In particular I read in the case of a shorter/simple cycle such as mine, it's probably not necessary. Again only peoples opinions from experience. So I guess I'll just have to see what results I get without the HCG this time.

    I have a few friends who have experience with AAS - one of them uses hcg, one says he wouldn't waste money on hcg and anti-Es during a cycle and the other has never even heard of hcg. All are perfectly fine and happy with their results.

    Start of week 2. No signs of anything happening yet, no weight or strength increase. Early days... Although my body seems to be absorbing more food more quickly.

    4 weeks is the standard PCT length. That is what I would do for your cycle.

    I'm doing a pretty similar cycle, 12 weeks of cyp and just started last week. I'll be running hcg, everyone who has done it with and without seems to say they recovered much quicker and felt a lot better during pct.

    2nd day of week 3, nothing worth shouting about yet, 2/3 lbs on scale but that could be from increase in appetite. Feel fine, just waiting for something to happen lol week 4/5 I'm told?

    Right there with you bro...actually about 5 days behind. I kinda wish I would have run dbol for the first few weeks to get swole right away haha. Soon enough though...

    I'M getting the feeling I'm loosing libido.. Is this because of high eastrogen levels? What's the best solution? Using an AI?

    Also, apart from the above, after my jog today I felt a bit strange in the chest, and since then a bit sPaced out... Anyone else experienced this? I'm probably more paranoid than anything else at the moment, are these signs that the test is gunna 'kick in' soon?

    Hmm I just started week 3 and my libido is solid...my girl is gonna have to be running away from me soon lol. I'm running aromasin about 8mg/day. I'm not sure why yours would be suffering.

    You might have better luck just asking it in the q & a section...I haven't had much luck getting random questions answered in my log.

    Libido seems fine now.. I think it was psychological lol

    However I am concerned about the chest feelings, sort of a strange dull ache now and again.. I'll see how it goes for a week. Any info on this would be great.

    Flare in chest is probably gyno. You should be running an AI on cycle anyways.

    I'm actually just into my second week on the exact same cycle as you. I got a gyno flare up in my right nip even though I was running low dose aromasin. Luckily I'm smart and had letro on hand as well so hopefully it does it's thing in a few days.

    Definitely run at least a low dose AI on cycle.

    As for hcg I'm going to run it starting week four. I'm not sure if it's needed or not but don't want to take any chances. I actually like the way my balls are now more though haha. They used to sag like crazy and be more uncomfortable. They actually seem more "normal" now.

    yep AI is on the way (letro) however chest ache went after the first day.. I'm pretty sure it wasn't gyno, it felt more like a chest cold. Any way i'll be doing some running again today so we'll see if it presents itself again..

    My next question is this, what dose Letro should I use? I've read on the profile .25/day but others have said this is a lot and EOD may be best?

    Thanks for the input guys.

    Oh and no I havent bought any HCG yet, but I may do in a few weeks, if i feel ok i may do 12 weeks on the test, so ill see how it goes...

    My strength was better in the gym today, and got a great pump..

    Did treadmil sprints to finish off and had no chest trouble neither

    I'll post another pic asap but not much happening yet in terms of size..

    my friend run his first test cycle when i did and within a couple of weeks he had chest pains and rapid heart beat. after going to dr. he found out he had been born with a heart murmor(i think thats right spelling ) he played it safe and stopped; hated that for him but he had plenty of money and gave me the rest of his juice about 20 organon sust redi injects . (ah good friends) something you may want to check on hope its nothing so good luck bro.

    That's defo food for thought, although I ain't felt nothing negative since the day it happened, and nothing dodgy when I'm resting neither..

    I guess theres a lot of reasons why I'd experience weired feelings putting high amounts test in my body. I think it's just a case of going through the motions and not panicking everytime I feel something different.. Every little feeling is amplified because you know your on the gear.

    Any one suggest a sensible dose of letrozole to run when it arrives?

    I'm thinking of .25 EOD (1 day on 1 day off). I know it pretty potent stuff so better to start low?

    I think AI doses depend most on the individual. When I thought I was getting gyno I started at 2.5 mg of letro a day. I've been running 1mg a day now for a few days. I know what low estrogen sides are for me though and I haven't experienced them yet. I always get an ache in my left knee if my estro is too low.

    yeah the more im reading the more im seeing its an individual thing.. i havent piled loads of water weight on, so i dont think my estrogen is too high, im in week 4 and have put on about 4/5lbs but i think its though diet, strength is better, although im just constantly eating lol but seem leaner.

    my tabs are 1.25mg im told so i may do one every 3 days instead of trying to divide them up..

    Since my letro tabs are 2.5mg a pop I'm just gunna split them in half and take them E3Ds... Gets too silly tryin to get a quarter tablet.. So we'll see how it goes I guess..

    Brief update, letro tabs quite easy to break so going 0.6mg e3d I still think this is pretty high, libido not really exPloded but generally ok, so don't think I've lowered oestrogen levels too much.. Week 5 now and about 6/7lbs heavier but not felt the 'kick' yet.. in terms of strength or size.. Pretty sure my stuffs legit, however by what week should I be worried if I'm not feeling any changes?

    Hey man I just started week four of the same cycle as you. I have seen some minor strength increases and minor muscle additions but nothing too significant. I've put on about 8 lbs while maintaining the same bf. What is strange is the muscle near my armpit and shoulder exploded the fourth day on cycle causing minor stretch marks and hasn't gotten much bigger since though. Deadlift hasn't increased at all yet, but I attribute that more to deadlift being a high energy exercise and some days I work out at night and don't have the explosion energy I need. Arms size seemed to be exploding the first week with huge pumps but seems to have stalled, at least biceps. Triceps have always been big for me.

    I notice that we are both using letro though. I had to start using it because I got a flare up starting the second week. My pumps seemed a lot more when I had the higher estrogen though so maybe we have lower estrogen despite not having joint or libido issues yet. I guess it's a trade off for more size, but I'd rather not get the gyno. I'm only going to run letro .25 mg twice a week now unless the gyno flares back up. You might want to slow down on the letro as well, it has a long half life so once a week might be ok.
