Do any of you all have suggestions to help me stay awake in class? I have never in my life had a problem with staying awake in class. All of highschool I would go to bed around 130 or 2 and be up around 7 and have more energy all day long than the people who would go to bed at like 9. It never made much sense to me considering I couldnt fall asleep then in class if I tried.
Now I'm at college and I straight up cannot keep my eyes open in class. I dont know why but no matter what class it is and no matter how awake I am before I go in, while I am taking notes when I look down at my paper for some reason its like my eyes get blurry and just start to shut. I cant keep them open for anything and once that happens the rest of the class I will be fighting to stay awake.
My schedule now is MWF I have classes from 9-3 and then a few days out of the week I work from 4-9 then workout as soon as i get back and then make it to bed around 130-2. TTh I have classes from 11-3 and then the same if I work and workout. So if I wake up at 8 I am still getting 6 hours of sleep which isnt too bad but for some reason I just cant keep my eyes open.
Also the only time I ever have caffeine is before I workout, I was taking animal pump around 630 on the days I dont work so I mean it should be worn off by the time I am going to bed.

I have taken multiple tests online that all said i have ADD and i have felt like i have had it since i was little. I have always been smart and done well in school but I have never been able to pay attention for long and have almost no studying ability because I cannot focus whatsoever. Another sign is little stuff annoys me soo bad its unreal and I didnt know it but online it said that was a symptom of ADD...sounds like i need a prescription lol
