Did you measure your BF%? usually you can get 5 to 10 lbs of lean muscle per year. If you measure you bf in the beginning and today, you can tell exactly if is just fat? or muscle.
i can put on or loose 4lbs in a matter of 24 hours depending on if i'm constipated. If you're trying to put on lean mass the scale is only a small part of the equation!
dont measure bf as im like a stick and i weighed myself after the toilet so i no it wasnt that dont no if that helps
If you increased your carb intake, then likely a lot of it is water and food weight.
What did you eat in those 4-5 days?
i mainly eat eggs tuna chicken complan with oats as a weight shake peanut butter sanwiches when ever i got the room no choclate or mcdonalds nothing like that
monday shoulders tri and chest wednesday back and bi friday legs and abs i work it like 1 light set then straight to 8 reps on all i can lift for 2 sets then once every 5 weeks just do drop sets sound ok thx ?
