Mate I think the general rule here is
time off = time on cycle + PCT + 1 month = amount of time off.
So in your case Sounds like around 4-5months. But wait for one of the more experienced guys here to confirm that cause I could be wrong.

I go by
Time On+PCT= Time Off

But thats just a general idea. In that amount of time we are assuming your levels have been able to go back to normal. If you plan on starting back in less time then that, I would get bloodwork done to confirm you have reestablished your levels

By the way i think if you are truly running only that supplement novadex xt, then you may not recover completely and really should look into a proper PCT.

That stuff is just a supplement, not really Nolvadex

i've been on HCG for 18 days now...i've read and read up on novadex xt, and yes it is BETTER than the "real" nolvadex" as a pct. it is now banned, so that should go for something as well. my recovery thus far has been great. i'm actually stronger than i was while i was running my cycle. my only problem is im VERY moody.

cycle + pct= time off but only bw can really show, thats why it is best to get bw pre and post, and that pct is not good,you will figure that out in a few weeks.

Nolvadex XT is a joke! does it work? yes...but its nothing like nolvadex at all in fact its more like arimidex but much much weaker. Also just because somthing is banned does not mean it works lol it means that big billion dollar drug companies put pressure on the government to ban it because they feel threatened that it competes with one of their medications or products they make...if it was up to the drug companies all supplements from vitamin c to protein powder would be banned.

Supplement companies make shitty products and slap on a lable that say "nolvadex" or "T-bol" so they can sell to naive 16 years who think they are taking somthing they are not. It call advertising a.k.a communication intended to persuade an audience lol

OP gaining while using a compound does not mean your body is recovering. The whole point of real Nolvadex is to aid in recovery. The supplement you are using is not on the same level. As said above just because a product is banned doesnt mean it is better than another.

Novedex XT isn't a very good product.

Also, I don't know why the blast and cruise guys never post in these threads. I know many guys who cycle for 8-12 weeks, run a pct while using an oral that doesn't cause major hpta shutdown for 30 days, and then do it all again. Rinse, and repeat. They have not be negatively affected at all.

ok guys..forget im even taking the novadex xt for a minute.

@nhl1 you mean as soon as im done with the HCG (and add an extra week to make it 30 days) i should be able to start back up on test-e and deca without any negative effects as far as long term hormonal problems?????

OP Novadex XT is an AI it doesn't stimulate test all it does is keep it from being converted. It doesnt even compare to nolvadex by effect or mechanism.

you need clomid and real nolvadex with your HCG. blood work is the only way to tell if your recovered fully and ready to run another cycle
