As a PWO I have been drinking Amino 5000 with 5g L-Glutamine, then drinking a 40 - 60g protein shake. THE L-Glutamine said to drink it immediately after my workout. But reading the cutting diet, it said not to drink L-Glutamine with your protein shake.
Here is my issue. I can change to taking 5g of L-Glutamine pre-workout as I always do at least 30 minutes of cardio, but when should I take the second daily dosageof the L-Glutamine? I workout late at night nd routinely do not get back home until 11:30 at night, so it doesn't leave a lot of options. I know I have to take in protein before bed, so that is why I drink the protein shake as soon as I get home from the gym. Is the Amino 5000 and protein shake a sufficient PWO diet? Should I take the other 5g of L-Glutamine in the morning? Do I need to add another supplement to my PWO?
