    Recovery

    Quick question.

What would be the best option to improve recovery and reduce injury.

I have been dealing with some serious medical conditions and have not been in the gym in years. Everything is in remission now and have been trying to get back in shape, but seem to recover extremely slow and get mild strains often.

I would like to take a short cycle just to get things moving so I dont have to keep taking time off to heal up.

    Thanks

Remission? You mean you had cancer? You should NOT run a cycle if you are a cancer patient.

Anyways, if you want to get back in shape, best way to do that is to eat good, train hard (and focused) and get 8 hours of sleep per night.
