    help!

    whats up everyone, this is my first post so any help would be great. i gained about 40 lbs over the past 6 months, knee injury. i am getting married the end of april. i am at 220 and want to get back down to 180 and FAST. what would be the best stack for me.....buddies told me deca and anavar or deca and primobolan....what do u think i realy need some help fast

    Diet and cardio. Steroids aren't diet pills.

    i know thta i want to gains in muscle and getas cut as i can, i diet, eat zero carbs and lift and do cardio but i need to get more muscle and leaner, i dont care about my weight only my apperance man, so would deca and anavar or winstrol do that?

    That would be a horrible cycle. Deca is not used for cutting and without test your new wife wont be very happy on your wedding night.

    I guarantee you that if you got to the diet section and post your diet, that more than likely there are things that could be adjusted and you can cut fat and gain muscle

    really? so should i do the test 400 alone or add something like winstroto it? or do deca or test 400 alone and use a hydroxycut with it? im gonna do something regardless so i really need help on the best one or stack for me

    well since "you are going to do it regardless" start with your full stats

    Age?
    Height?
    Weight?
    BF%?
    Training Experience?
    Cycle Experience?

    Why do people think the need aas to lose weight?Hit the diet section.With lots of cardio.There is no short cuts.Only hard work and sweat.

    thanks man, really this help is all i got. so im 29, 220,5 foot 10 but body fat i dont know really, been lifting since high school with breaks here and there. did one cycle of deca 200

    At 5'10 220 working out on and off and wanting to lose weight im sure you have a BF% close to 20%. Therefore you face many risks due to estrogenic sides at that high of a bodyfat.

    You would be amazed at how much a proper diet can change your physique

    my diet for the past few months have been something that should be printed in a diet book! ive been eating 100 percent perfect and i feel great! but noone have answered my question.....what would be the best stack for more lean muscle mass and some fat loss added into it. my body fat is 17 percent btw, so someone please give me some answers! i also have a half bottle of deca 200 left and dont know if its any good but thats neither here nor there, so deca? test? winstrol? someone give me an answer please my diet and excersise is perfect and want sum gains and look better for my wedding day

    Post your diet in the diet section and let them decide if it is perfect. Most people do not recommend cycling at that high of a BF%.

    I did see your previous post on what stack you should use and i have answered you on my opinion based off of my knowledge and experience. Now others may feel differently but i highly doubt it. I think right now you will be told to work on your diet and training and stay away from AAS. Its not a miracle drug that makes you lose weight.

    thanks, what about just doing one? what would my bf have to go down to before the time is right to take something? btw what does aas mean? what would happen if it did a cycle of deca alone or deca and winstrol together now?

    And yet in your original post you state you haver gained 40lbs the last 6 months. This doesnt happen on a good diet let alone a perfect one regardless of a knee injury.

    Everyone is giving you answers, they are just not the ones you want to hear.

    No you should not do just one. Like i said its not a miracle drug and thats what you are trying to use it as.

    Deca is probably the worst thing you could possibly take i said earlier. It can lead to ED and low libido. Im sure you'll want everything to be working like it should on your wedding night right?

    How much time do you have to lose the weight?

    I´m no expert....just starting my first cycle. On HGH now, getti´n ready to do Test.
    I did another HGH cycle last summer, 4 months. Never looked/been so hard/lean. Seems like the stuff just melts fat off the body at only 3-4iu´s/day.
    ANd I can´t find any side effects on HGH at those low levels.
    But I guess it´s hard to get hold of, someone said here at the board. He also said there is a lot of poor quality out there, so you need to trust your source.
    Btw...isn´t Clenbuterol another metaboliser/fatburner?.....I have never heard of anyone doing Test/Deca to loose fat. And I´ve told Winny is only for BB´s who is already at 10-12 BF and want to get that last hard look. At 17% BF it will be a waste of $.

    yeah thats a definite man! wedding is april 22nd...its really not about the weight, its about changing my body. i want to get leaner which the cardio is bound to help and gain sum lean mass....i dont want to blow up and be huge just lean and hard, the best i can

    like i said its not all about burning fat....i want to lean up and gain muscle as fast as possible before my wedding on april 22nd.....i dont care about what i weigh as long as i can add sum lean muscle add my diet and cardio will take care of the fat but if i can add something to help that burn off faster im all 4 it man

    In almost three months you could easily lose fat and gain muscle without drugs. Like i said post your diet and get it tweaked. I guarantee you its not as good as you think if you really have gained that much weight.

    Its all about creating an illusion mate..

    Im 220lbs carrying about 16% bf but my training partner is 180lbs with 11% bf, now theres no doubt im carrying more muscle but he looks bigger than me. If i wanted to reverse that i would simply hit the tread mill and change diet, would;d i need the help of aas, no...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    yeah i posted my diet on there, but im soo set on gearing up and everyone says its a bad idea and i cant understand why or why with so many things out there, there isnt anything to help me....what about over the counter stuff?
