the outter sweep of my quad where i've injected many times has a slight indent. the last time i injected any steroid was in early november...does anybody know what this could mean? possible infection? air? should I get a CAT scan?

indent? meaning like a hole?
if it was an infection it would be inflamed and extruding from the surface

I would say more like a very mild slope...prob only I could notice it.
